1. Acceptance

By using PropertyHots 3D you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the service is

PropertyHots 3D shows a 3D visualisation of new-launch condominium projects so you can explore blocks, stacks, views and sunlight. It may change or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Indicative only

Everything shown is an indicative simulation, not to scale and subject to authority approval. Building positions, heights, stack layouts, unit facings, window views, landmark distances and sun and shadow results are computed from public map data and the information we hold, and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Surrounding buildings, trees and future developments may differ from what is shown.

Stack layouts may be provisional until confirmed by the developer. Sun hours are clear-sky geometry and ignore cloud, haze and later construction.

We show no prices. Nothing here is an offer, an advertisement of price, or financial, investment, legal or valuation advice. Check details with the developer’s official materials and the Singapore authorities, and get independent professional advice before any purchase decision.

4. Agents and developers

When you send an enquiry, a licensed agent or sales team may contact you. They act independently. Any dealings with them are between you and them, and we are not a party to any sale.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-extract data, interfere with the service, try to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission.

6. Intellectual property

PropertyHots 3D, its software and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and the basemap is provided by the Singapore Land Authority (OneMap). You may view the service for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the information shown or from dealings with agents or developers.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. Changes and contact
