Who we are

PropertyHots 3D (“we”, “us”) is a 3D viewer for new-launch Singapore condominium projects. It is operated by PROPERTY HOTS PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202201360M), registered at 7 Temasek Boulevard #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your choices. We handle personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Enquiry details. If you use an enquiry form, your name, your phone number and/or email, the unit you were looking at (for example “Block 1 #13-45”), and the date and time you agreed to be contacted.

Where you came from. The campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar), so we can tell which ads work. We do not store the full address of the page you came from.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Browsing the viewer needs no account and we do not ask for personal data to look around.

Why we use it

Only for these purposes: so a licensed property agent can contact you about this project; to send you the site plan or project information you requested; to keep records of your consent; to measure and improve our advertising and the viewer; and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The licensed property agent or sales team handling the project you enquired about, so they can contact you.

Supabase, our database provider, which stores enquiries (hosted in Singapore). Vercel, which hosts this website.

Authorities or others where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The viewer itself does not set advertising cookies. If we later add an analytics or advertising tag, we will list it here and, where required, ask first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time by emailing contact@propertyhots.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer put you in touch with the agent. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Security

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that browsers cannot read. Access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the PDPC where the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above. If a change affects how we use your data, we will give notice before it applies.
